Green Tea Pudding

Green Tea Pudding 

Serving 2

Ingredients:

10 grams of Green Tea powder

16 grams of Jelly powder /  Jello Gelatin

70 grams of Rock Sugar

450 ml of Full Cream / Skinny Milk
300 ml of Water 

Method:

1. Mix jelly powder into 100 ml cold of water, steam and stir until thick.

2. Mix the rock sugar into hot boiling water until fully dissolve, then add in green tea powder and stir well.

3. Pour the jelly gel into the green tea mixture and stir until evenly mix. Let it cool down.

4. Once the mixture is cooling off, add in milk and stir well. Pour the mixture into shaped container and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours before serve.

 

Rose Green Tea Floral Drink

Ingredients:

6 pieces of Dried Rosebud

1 piece of Green Tea bag

1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey 

Method:

1. Put the dried rosebud and green tea bag into a glass mug.

2. Pour in hot boiling water into the mug and cover up for 10 minutes.

3. Add in the honey and stir well before serve.
