3. Great anti-cancer food, especially for lymphatic cancer, bladder cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, kidney stones.

It also rich in micronutrients like selenium, molybdenum, magnesium, manganese and essential amino acids that helps in prevention of heart disease, high blood pressure, fatigue, edema, cystitis, dysuria, cardivascular diseases, atherosclerosis, nephritis, gallstones, liver dysfunction and obesity.

Steamed Asparagus With Orange Sauce

Steamed Asparagus With Orange Sauce 

Serving 2

Ingredients:

500 gram of Fresh Asparagus

1 piece of Orange 
3 tablespoons of Orange Juice

1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice

1/2 teaspoon of Wasabi Powder 
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil 
1 tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Coriander
Some Salt, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Black Pepper Powder

Method:

1. Wash the asparagus, cut away the root. Steam it for about 10-15 minutes until it is soft and tender. Then rinse with cool water and dry it the set aside for later use.

2. Peel of the skin from orange, keep the skin; use half of the flesh for juicing, the other half for later use.

3. Heat up a pan with about 150 ml of water, add in orange skin and boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove the orange skin and keep the water.

4. Add in orange juice, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, wasabi powder, sugar, and stir well with low flames.

5. Put the cooked asparagus on a plate, add in the remaining half of orange flesh (with pith) separated into multiple cloves, then braise over with the sauce. Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander over and serve warm. 

Kiwi Asparagus Juice

Kiwi Asparagus Juice 

Serving 2

Ingredients:

2 piece of Kiwi Fruit

4 pieces of Asparagus
1 pieces of Cucumber
1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice (optional)
1 tablespoon of Manuka Honey (optional)

Method:

1. Wash asparagus in running water, remove the root part like 1 cm from root.

2. Wash cucumber and remove the head and tail segment. Cut into multiple sections.

3. Remove lemon skin and cut into 4 segments.

4. Cut kiwi into half and use spoon to scoop out the flesh.

5. Put everything (except lemon juice and honey) into a blender and blend it at high speed on and off for couple of times and then follow by 2 minutes long blending with low speed.
6. Pour out to a tall glass and add in honey and lemon juice then stir well. Serve cold with some ice cubes.
