Okra With Chili Garlic Dressing  

Serving 2

Ingredients:

10 pieces of Fresh Okra

1 piece of Fresh Red Chili, seeded and chop into mince

5 cloves of Garlic, peeled and chop into mince

Some Salt, Sugar and Soy Sauce

Method:

1. Wash the okra, cut off the heads.

2. Put the okra into boiling hot water for 20-30 seconds, then remove from boiling water and soak into ice cold water for 10 seconds, then dry it. Cut through middle and stack up onto off a clear plate for later use.

3. Heat up a frying pan with some cooking oil, put in chili mince, garlic mince, salt and sugar, then stir fry until fragrant.

4. Pour the fragrant spices on top of the okra, then apply some soy sauce on it and serve.
