Forbidden Mixed Rice Porridge

Forbidden Mixed Rice Porridge 

Serving 2-3

Ingredients:

1/2 bowl of Forbidden/Black Rice

1/4 bow of Green Bean

1/4 bow of Glutinous Rice

1/4 bow of Barley 
1000 ml of Water 
Some Honey

Method:

1. Wash all grains with water and soak for at least 30 minutes.

2. Put all grains and water into a pressure cooker and cook until become porridge.
 
1a. To cook without pressure cooker, soak the grains in water overnight. 

2a. Then cook with a pot, add in water and grains, heat up until boiling, then cook with low medium flame for 45-60 minutes until thicken.

3. Serve warm with some honey.
