Orange is the famous and favorite fruit for many people. It is delicious either eating raw, use in cooking, even tastier and refreshing in juicing.

The whole orange is full of usefulness, the skin or orange peel is great for air refresher or deodorant, if it is dried, the peel can be used for soap making or tea making that helps in cleaning grease and fat. The pith is great for digestion and prevent constipation. Where the flesh is great for juicing, eating raw, making fruit jam and used to prepare sauces for cooking.

Deep Fried Pork Ribs With Orange Sauce

Deep Fried Pork Ribs With Orange Sauce 

Serving 2

Ingredients:

500 grams of Pork Ribs

2 pieces of Oranges, make juice

2 tablespoons of Orange Wine

1 teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of each Soya Sauce, Cooking Wine and Flour

Method:

1. Wash pork ribs and cut into small pieces. Dried.

2. Marinate the ribs with the seasoning ingredients (soya sauce, cooking wine and salt) for at least 15 minutes.

3. Heat up a pan with cooking oil until 170 degree Celsius, then add in ribs to deep fried for at least 3-5 minutes until cooked, then heat up with high fire for 1 minute. Remove ribs and dried.

4. Heat up another pan with 1 tablespoon oil, add in orange sauce, orange wine, soya sauce, salt and flour to make ribs sauce.

5. Add in the ribs and stir well with the orange sauce.

6. Serve warm.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of Fresh Oranges

10 grams of Gelatin

 

Method:

1. Peel of oranges skin, remove the seeds and put into juicer to make the juice.

2. Use portion of the juice to mix with gelatin and heat up on a pan until boiling. Switch off the flame immediately.

3. Cool off at room temperature, then keep jelly and juice in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

4. Cut the jelly apart into cubes then add into the juice and serve.
